Payment processing services are provided by Kaurum Limited, a company registered in Cyprus, with its registered address at Griva Digeni 1, RENANDA COMPLEX, BLOCK 1, Office 11, Agios Tychonas 4532, Limassol, Cyprus, registration number HE 387933. Kaurum Limited acts as an authorized payment agent on behalf of Nixxe B.V. Nixxe B.V. and Kaurum Limited shall hereinafter be jointly referred to as the “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”.
1.2. The original version of these Terms and Conditions has been drafted in the English language and shall prevail for interpretation purposes. In the event of any translation of these Terms, policies, or related notices into another language, the English version shall take precedence.

2.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the legal relationship between you, as a user or visitor, and the Company in relation to the use of the website Rich Casino (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). References to “user”, “visitor”, “player”, “you”, or “your” mean any natural person accessing or using the services provided on the Website.
2.2. By registering an account on the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Bonus Terms, and any other applicable policies published on the Website.

4.6. The Company does not issue certificates, confirmations, or statements regarding player account history. All relevant information is available electronically within the user account dashboard.
5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
5.1. In order to create a user account (hereinafter referred to as “Your Account”), you must provide a valid email address, create a password, and submit all required personal information, including but not limited to your first name, last name, date of birth, and phone number. All information must be completed accurately to finalize the registration process.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to request identification documents at any time in order to verify your identity. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.
5.3. You declare and warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is truthful, complete, and up to date. You agree to promptly update your personal details in the event of any changes. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in account closure, restriction of services, cancellation of transactions, or forfeiture of funds.

5.5. Only one account per individual is permitted on the Website (the “Main Account”). Any additional account created by the same individual shall be considered a “Duplicate Account” and may result in immediate closure, including but not limited to the following consequences:
5.5.1. cancellation of all transactions made using both the Main Account and the Duplicate Account;
5.5.2. forfeiture of any deposits or wagers placed using the Duplicate Account;
5.5.3. forfeiture of all withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings obtained through the Duplicate Account, including the obligation to return any funds already withdrawn;
5.5.4. where a Duplicate Account is used for fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity (including bonus abuse or circumvention of limits), all related accounts may be permanently closed, and the Company shall not be required to refund any remaining balances.
5.6. Politically Exposed Persons (“PEP”) and their family members are required to disclose their status during account registration. If such information was not provided during registration, it must be reported immediately by contacting customer support at [email protected].
Politically Exposed Persons include, but are not limited to:
- heads of state, heads of government, ministers, deputy ministers, and secretaries of state;
- members of parliament or similar legislative bodies;
- members of governing bodies of political parties;
- judges of supreme or constitutional courts whose decisions are not subject to further appeal;
- members of courts of auditors or boards of central banks;
- ambassadors, chargés d’affaires, and senior military officers;
- members of management or supervisory boards of state-owned enterprises;
- directors, deputy directors, or equivalent officials of international organizations.
5.6.1. Users classified as PEPs or family members thereof are subject to enhanced due diligence procedures in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.
5.7. By registering an account, you confirm that you possess sufficient knowledge of the sports, games, or events on which you intend to place bets. If, during verification, it is determined that you lack basic understanding of the selected events, the Company may conclude that the account is operated by a third party or under third-party instructions.
6. IDENTITY VERIFICATION AND ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING
6.1. By using the services offered by the Company, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
6.1.1. you are at least 18 years old or have reached the minimum legal age required to participate in gambling activities in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
6.1.2. you are the sole legal owner of all funds deposited into your account, and all information provided to the Company during registration, verification, and payment processing is accurate and matches the details of the payment instruments used;
6.1.3. you acknowledge the risk of financial loss associated with gambling activities and accept full responsibility for any losses incurred. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk, and you waive any claims against the Company arising from such losses;
6.1.4. you fully understand the rules, procedures, and nature of online gambling services and are solely responsible for the accuracy of all wagers and transactions placed through your account.
6.2. By accepting these Terms, you consent to identity and contact verification procedures conducted by the Company or authorized third parties, including regulatory authorities (“Verification”).
6.3. During the Verification process, the Company may temporarily restrict withdrawals from your account.
6.4. Submission of false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to immediately close the account, refuse service, and take any additional actions deemed necessary.
6.5. If age verification cannot be successfully completed, the Company may suspend the account. If it is determined that the user was underage at the time of participation:
6.5.1. the account shall be permanently closed;
6.5.2. all transactions carried out during the relevant period shall be voided;
6.5.3. all wagers placed during that time shall be refunded;
6.5.4. all winnings obtained shall be cancelled, and any withdrawn funds must be returned to the Company.
6.6. Politically Exposed Persons and users from high-risk jurisdictions are subject to enhanced verification measures, which may include documentation proving the source of funds or income.
6.7. You agree, upon request, to undergo video verification. Such verification must be conducted in a private environment, without third parties present. The user must not wear head coverings, sunglasses, or any items obstructing facial visibility, except prescription glasses.
7. USERNAME, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
7.1. After account creation, you must not share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party. If you forget or lose your password, access can be restored using the “Forgot Password” function available on the login page.
7.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities conducted through your account. You bear full responsibility for any losses incurred by you or third parties due to unauthorized access.
7.3. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account, suspected account compromise, or security breach. Upon request, you must provide reasonable evidence of such incidents. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access, regardless of your awareness.
7.4. Sharing accounts or allowing third parties to operate your account is strictly prohibited. If the Company determines that your account is controlled by or operated under the instructions of a third party, including during video verification, this shall constitute a material breach of the Terms. In such cases, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
