Bonus Terms

Rich Casino provides promotional bonuses and free spins subject to these rules. Bonus terms may vary depending on your jurisdiction. Where required by law or internal policies, KYC/AML verification (identity and payment verification) may be requested before withdrawals are processed.

1. Each user has two balances: a real money balance and a bonus balance. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are credited to the bonus balance.

2. When placing bets, funds are used from the real money balance first. The bonus balance may be used only after the real money balance is fully depleted (unless a promotion specifies a different order of funds usage).

3. Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance, unless and until the applicable wagering requirements (if any) have been satisfied and the funds are converted according to the promotion’s conditions.

4. If a bet is placed using a combination of real funds and bonus funds, any winnings may be allocated proportionally between the real money balance and the bonus balance, in line with the promotion’s terms and the platform’s technical settlement rules.

5. Bonus funds cannot be used to place bets in the following sections: Sports, E-sports, Live Casino, TV BET, Instant Games, and Crash Games (or any equivalent sections as presented on the website).

6. The availability of specific bonuses depends on whether a bonus has been assigned to your account. If a bonus is not assigned to a particular user, it may not be displayed in the user profile.

7. Unless a promotion states otherwise, all bonuses and free spins granted under a promotion must be used within 5 days. After this period, unused bonuses/free spins may expire and be removed automatically.

8. You may request a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements; however, in such cases the entire bonus balance may be forfeited and any related promotional entitlements may be cancelled.

9. Progress toward meeting wagering requirements (where applicable) can be tracked in your account area.

10. You can activate only one bonus at a time, even if you participate in multiple promotions simultaneously. Each bonus is wagered and settled separately according to its own terms.

11. Some game providers may be unavailable in certain countries or regions due to legal, technical, or licensing restrictions. If free spins received as part of a promotion are not available in your region, please contact customer support to request an alternative solution, where available.

12. For wagering purposes (where applicable):

  • Slot bets generally contribute 100% toward wagering.

The same limits apply to each part of a game round. Exceeding the permitted stake during bonus play—regardless of outcome—may result in voiding promotional funds, adjusting related winnings, and/or imposing account restrictions. Any such actions will be taken in accordance with these rules, applicable promotion terms, and legal/regulatory obligations.

14. Bonuses are generally limited to one per player and may also be limited by IP address, device, household, residential address, phone number, payment method (credit/debit card or e-wallet), email address, and/or shared networks (e.g., universities, libraries, corporate networks). If bonus abuse is suspected—individually or in coordination with others—Rich Casino may take reasonable measures, including:

  • cancelling the bonus and any related promotional winnings;
  • refusing to grant or withdrawing a bonus offer;
  • adjusting account balances in accordance with the rules and promotion terms;
  • restricting access to promotions and/or specific products;
  • suspending or closing the account where permitted by law and terms.

15. It is strictly prohibited to “park” or defer any game rounds (including free spins and bonus rounds) while playing with bonus funds. If such behavior is detected, related promotional winnings may be cancelled and the bonus balance may be forfeited, in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.

16. If a player places high-stake bets using real funds (e.g., sports betting, live dealer games, virtual sports) and then continues wagering a casino bonus in a way that indicates an attempt to gain an unfair advantage, Rich Casino may treat this as potential bonus abuse. In such cases, the casino may void the bonus and related promotional winnings and may apply reasonable account restrictions, subject to internal controls and applicable law.

17. In the event of discrepancies between language versions of these rules, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Certain games and providers may be unavailable in specific jurisdictions. If promotional free spins do not work in your region, contact customer support to request an alternative, where available. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, promotional spins may be provided for the game Sizzling Sevens (Slotopia) at a stake of 1 PLN.
